Client Process
Client Consultation
The first step is to understand your organisation’s strategy, services and culture. We will work in a highly collaborative way with key stakeholders to establish the impact a programme should have on your people’s knowledge and working practices. We will offer proposal solutions that we will refine in partnership with with you until you feel confident that it meets your requirements.
Programme Design
Only when we have diagnosed your requirements and are clear about your needs, will we commence design. We will ensure that our programmes are mapped specifically to your training objectives and requirements.
We will develop programmes that inspire people to think differently, behave differently and continue to make a difference when they return to the workplace
Training Delivery
All of our training is interactive, experiential and memorable. We provide in-house, virtual and blended programmes with coaching sessions during and after the training, as well as refresher sessions to ensure the learning is sustained and applied back into the workplace. Our approach brings out the best in everyone, and so our delegates can learn from one another using practical, real-life examples to bring the learning to life.
Evaluation
In order to assess the effectiveness of our training, every programme is evaluated through delegate feedback on knowledge acquisition and application, and experience. Key themes and personalised participant feedback will be provided back to each client.
Ongoing Support
We offer our support to you and the delegates even after the programme has finished.
